The BMW R1200 and R1250 GS/GSA models are known for their large tilt angels, which cause the OEM side stands to easily sink into soft earth, gravel, or other uneven surfaces.
The extremely robust ALTRIDER side stand featuring an infinite height adjustment and an enlarged foot plate reliably helps avoiding this unpleasant situation. Installation is simple, especially when using the spring puller included in the delivery.
